• Damage Caused by the Transportation of the Product
In the case of products damaged during transportation, we will bear the cost of returning the product. In this situation, the customer can choose between receiving a voucher for the value of the damaged product or a new identical product.

• Returns due to Dissatisfaction
If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we offer 7 calendar days to return the product. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and any possible reshipment.

• Refund
Zylu guarantees the refund of products returned for reasons of dissatisfaction, provided they are returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. To request a refund, the customer must contact Zylu and provide the order number, product name and reason for return. After receiving the returned product, Zylu will check its condition. If the product is in good condition, the refund will be processed within 20 working days. Refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. However, if the product shows signs of misuse or damage, Zylu may refuse the refund or charge for the damage identified. Zylu does not offer refund for damaged or defective products, personalized or custom made products or products sold by third parties.

• Warranty
For products with manufacturing defects, Zylu offers a 3 month guarantee from the date of delivery. If the product is defective within this period, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have assessed and confirmed that the defect is manufacturing related, we will send a new identical product or issue a voucher for the value of the product, depending on the customer's choice. However, if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer, the return will be refused and the cost of sending it back will be the customer's responsibility.
